Want to work in one of the most innovative retail businesses at Amazon? Amazon’s US Consumables team is looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical leader to help redefine how Amazon fulfills customer demand for our Health and Personal Care (HPC)/Beauty/Grocery/Baby Care categories. The Sr. Retail Supply Chain Manager (RSCM) will partner with internal teams and vendors to drive important operational efficiencies and profitability across US Consumables. The RSCM plays a critical role in delivering the optimal customer experience by ensuring we have the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time. This Sr. Retail Supply Chain Manager will drive: improved vendor PO confirmation rates and chargeback attribution, seasonal strategy, program support (Subscribe n' Save/Consumables Private Brands/Pantry/B2B), Consumables SIM ticket process, and AVS coordination. This individual may also help advance several strategic free cash flow (FCF) initiatives as part of the
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or Finance · Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders · Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Proficiency with Excel and project management tools · Understanding of P and Ls· MBA Preferred · 7+ years supply chain, inventory management, retail and/or project management experience · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task
