As the first and best place to directly buy and experience Microsoft products, technology, we provide our customers with a world-class, omni-channel purchase and support experience in this rapidly evolving world of B2B and B2C commerce. The Microsoft Stores finance team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance professional to play a role focused on enabling the digital channels of Microsoft Stores to reach its full potential. This role will partner directly with the Digital Stores leadership teams and finance partners to manage in year business performance, land long term growth initiatives and make smart investment prioritization decisions. Key Responsibilities This position reports to the Finance Director for Microsoft Stores, and works closely with the Microsoft Stores Digital Stores Leadership team. While others on the team focus more on month to month business performance, this role oriented to focus on the longer time horizon. Specific responsibilities for the Digital Stores Finance Manager include the following: Growth Planning o Create and lead long range planning process for the Microsoft direct channel o Ongoing management of growth initiatives and digital sales capabilities prioritization o Go-To Market resource model and
Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility • BS/BA degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other technical discipline Preferred Qualifications • MBA or other relevant advanced degree • Proven track record as a trusted business advisor • Track record of managing multiple deliverables from multiple parties to meet aggressive deadlines • Experience in a technology company or high-tech environment. • Previous digital commerce experience a big plus
