The Pre/Post-Sales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing corporate customers on Internet and WAN. Key Responsibilities: Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally. Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations. Perform technical development for solutions as part of a design and development frame work. Able to understand business drivers and risks
Education and Experience Requirements: 8+ years in Service Engineering roles, prefer WAN Capacity Planning, Operations, Implementation. BS degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or other related quantitative disciplines. Preferred qualifications: Strong aptitude for analytic thinking and solution development. Strong problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly.
