We fuse these technologies across a portfolio of first and third-party products ranging from HoloLens to Virtual Reality headsets and Azure-connected sensing devices. We're looking for a talented program manager who's also a highly-capable engineer. In this role, you'll help guide the design and evolution of core HoloLens technologies, including the operating system (OS), developer platform, core input model, AI capabilities and user experiences.

• Engage directly with engineering teams to understand the state-of-the-art in hardware, computer vision, AI and experiences technologies for Mixed Reality. • Engage directly with customers to understand problems which can be addressed by Mixed Reality technologies and the solution(s) that help them drive meaningful business value. • Drive cross-functional engineering teams to build technology roadmaps and select appropriate implementation solutions balancing customer needs, engineering cost and complexity. • Communicate with precision and clarity to drive alignment in small and broad teams. •
• 10+ years of Program Management and/or Project Management experience. • Experience working through multiple complete product cycles (from initial design through post-release maintenance). • Experience with hardware products from concept through support phase(s). • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change. • Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
