Amazon Global Sales is seeking a highly-skilled, data-driven and motivated Program Manager who can help improve the productivity of our sales teams though data, processes, programs and tools. Our sales teams facilitate the international expansion of US based Sellers. Sales of products by third-party Sellers on our websites represent more than one-third of units sold, and the Seller Services business is growing faster than our Retail business. As an organization, Amazon Global Sales is highly influential by coordinating across sales organizations globally, Product teams, and Category teams. This is a highly influential role with a big impact on business decision making and the overall productivity of the team. The role includes ownership of a large spectrum of sales productivity initiatives, in particular related to lead prioritization (scoring), feature adoption, and optimization. This person will also work cross-teams to gather business insights and share best practices related to sales
· 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. · Prior program/product/project management experience (or similar). · Familiarity with Excel formulas (e.g.: vlookups) and pivot tables. · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. · Analytical skill and highly data driven. · Track record of owning and successfully delivering complex projects. · Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity. · Experience supporting sales organizations. · Familiarity working with large datasets (RedShift, Oracle, etc.).
