As part of the Cognition group you will be building state of the art technology and deliver the platform that serves as the foundation for Microsoft's AI Perception and Mixed Reality Strategy. You will be working on Microsoft products that incorporate ground-breaking technologies in computer vision, image/video processing, depth sensing, computational photography, computer graphics, machine learning, human-computer interaction, gesture recognition, hand tracking and biometrics. A BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent 4+ years of experience programming in C++ Background in Computer Vision or Machine Learning Software engineering experience shipping customer-facing products Outstanding technical problem solving and debugging skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
