We're looking for a talented Program Manager to help us build the roadmap of HoloLens product capabilities, anchored in customer needs. In this role, you'll engage directly with our customers to understand how HoloLens can transform their businesses. You will help the engineering team prioritize
• Engage directly with customers around the globe and deeply understand their businesses and opportunities for Mixed Reality technology to solve their problems. • Build roadmaps of new product capabilities to resolve customer problems, rooted in business value and technology feasibility. • Drive engineering to meet customer needs on aggressive schedules and with quality. • Iterate on our product roadmap with ongoing customer feedback. • Report to our leadership team, engineering teams and marketing teams • Collaborate, build relationships and influence team members to achieve product objectives
• 6+ years of Program Management and/or Product Management experience. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change. • Excellent design and problem-solving skills. There are plenty of other skills that aren't required, but you'll find useful in this role.
