Amazon’s Engineering Excellence (EE) group drives adoption of new technical and leadership skills across Amazon’s engineering community. We provide Amazon engineers the information they need to build the products and services that delight customers. We are looking for a talented program manager to join our team. Our team manages training, recruiting and maintaining a large group of volunteer SME trainers. We own the end-to-end customer experience for both trainers and students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the learning space, customer obsession, and desire to streamline processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with customers and is motivated by scaling programs to help thousands of other people develop their careers. This role is key to ensuring our customers have a great experience with EE content. You will be part of the team that owns technical and leadership development of technical employees worldwide. · 1.5 years of program management experience · Demonstrated ability to improve programs and improve processes · Bachelor's degree · Microsoft Office, specifically experience with Outlook calendaring, Excel, and SharePoint · Demonstrated track record of delivering a great customer experience · Ability to travel internationally 0-1 times/year; domestically 1-3 times/year · Strong oral and written communication skills · Analytic skills and ability to use data to make decisions · Experience program managing training activities · Demonstrated global work experience · Community development experience
