Prime Pantry is a retail format launched to allow Amazon to sustainably sell low-ASP, mainstream CPG products at competitive prices to a national audience. Prime Pantry is a store within Amazon.com, offering mainstream consumable items (e.g. 12-packs of Coke, single boxes of Cheerios) with a customer experience that encourages customers to make a basket of items delivered to their door. After 3 years, the Pantry Program has expanded to 8 countries with remarkable success. A key element to success is the ability to keep lean operations while still providing for great customer experience. Prime Pantry has its own dedicated FCs, is a regional fulfillment model, and introduces new operational models to the Amazon Fulfilment world. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and driving enhancements to Pantry’s supply chain processes. You will lead the thinking around new ways to improve in stock rates, fulfillment expansion capabilities, as well as development of functionality that

· 8+ years relevant work experience in product management, and/ or supply chain or operations experience · Experience shaping business strategy for products or services · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial and operational analysis · Implementation orientation; demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into detailed product requirement, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members · Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs
