We then built a strong education-focused Microsoft Field team to sell the solution. This is not enough to win. To succeed, the multiple and diverse product groups (PGs) that comprise our Microsoft for Education solution must engage with our customers, partners and Field during the evaluation and successful deployment of our solution. To accomplish this objective, we created a Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) for EDU team. This team will partner with the Microsoft Field and all related Product Groups to work with a set of top lighthouse customers to drive customer success, create strong reference
Here's some of what we are looking for in a candidate: - Driving Impact through Influence: ability to build strong relationships with Product Group PM's and drive impactful change through influencing discussion with customer evidence and data. - Ability to work with Education customers and partners, speaking on behalf of Engineering, helping them understand our value proposition and our services. - Understanding of Microsoft Field and Microsoft Corporate organizations to help navigate and coordinate efforts across the company. - Ability to both demonstrate flexibility and build out scalable programs
