The WW Channel and Device Marketing team is tasked with delivering full funnel marketing which encompasses compelling partner activation plans, driving readiness and assets for our regions and delivering differentiated partner experiences that drive conversion, brand advocacy and sell-through in a retail environment. Drive In Store Experiences strategy and execution (40%) • Translate category priorities and sales targets into in store tactics • Create the WW in store experience plan for campaign periods • Agency oversight for briefing, campaign asset development, reviews and final delivery • Ideate and manage bill of materials across multiple lines of business • Measure and monitor readiness impact and effectiveness – drive improvements with local markets as necessary • Align third party strategy with Integrated Marketing Communication teams for all GTM planning • Work with legal and brand teams for company
• 5+ years experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, and marketing communications • Have a love for Microsoft, be a brand evangelist and have an understanding of Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Xbox, Surface, and services). • Excellent time management skills • Lead by example, take pride in your work and enjoy helping and developing others while creating fun environments and energizing people through your passion. • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high-level attention to detail. • Ability to work cross group and drive results across internal and external
