Want to work in one of the most innovative retail businesses at Amazon? Amazon’s Consumables team is looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical leader to help redefine how Amazon fulfills customer demand for some of our largest businesses. This Sr. Program Manager (PM) will partner with internal teams and vendors to design and accelerate supply chain programs, which drive profitability savings and operational efficiencies for Consumables. The Sr. Program Manager plays a critical role in delivering the optimal customer experience by ensuring we have the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time. This individual will lead several strategic free cash flow (FCF) initiatives as part of the Consumables Productivity pillar. The Sr. PM will design and deep dive inventory optimization and profitability savings opportunities with SCOT, Operations, Transportation, Finance, NA FCF, and cross-Retail product families. This Sr. PM will also be responsible for managing
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or Finance · Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders · Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Proficiency with Excel and project management tools · Understanding of P and Ls· MBA Preferred · 7+ years supply chain, inventory management, retail and/or project management experience · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task
