Prime Pantry is a retail format launched to allow Amazon to sustainably sell low-ASP, mainstream CPG products at competitive prices to a national audience. Prime Pantry is a store within Amazon.com, offering mainstream consumable items (e.g. 12-packs of Coke, single boxes of Cheerios) with a customer experience that encourages customers to make a basket of items delivered to their door. After 3 years, the Pantry Program has expanded to 8 countries with remarkable success. As the Senior Product Manager for the international customer experience, you will own the end to end customer experience for Prime Pantry worldwide, from customer acquisition and conversion, to engagement and repeat purchase. You will work with international counterparts and senior stakeholders to align on the customer experience, develop the product, and manage customer engagement.
