We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who will help define, build, and deliver new video and mobile ad products and monetization strategies. Our advertising enables customers to discover new products they love while empowering brands to find new customers and grow revenues. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, market and competitive research, product testing, managing the go-to-market strategy, monitoring customer adoption and feedback, defining and analyzing performance metrics, and achieving cross-functional product alignment with other Amazon groups. This is a leadership position that requires a high bias for action and a willingness to dive deep. The role also requires an ability to imagine great new customer and advertiser experiences while getting your hands dirty trying out new ideas and continually refining the products. · Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline, data science or related field preferred · 15+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in online, advertising, or e-commerce · Experience in cross-functional roles and a proven track record of delivering successful products to market · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases · Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape· MBA or advanced quantitative/technical degree · A history
