Principal Industry Manager The Industry Experiences team in the Cloud and AI (C+AI) group is looking for a high - energy and experienced Manager to lead and manage a team of Industry Category Managers, who are helping build and grow our Industry categories (Banking, Insurance, Retail and CG, Healthcare and Manufacturing) on our cloud platform and our Marketplace. The goal of the team is to deeply understand the problems that our target industries are facing and identify/enable partners that are on or need to be on our platforms to solve those problems. The ideal candidate will have: People management experience and leadership capabilities Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in industry in one or more of our target industries (Banking, Insurance, Retail and CG, Healthcare and Manufacturing) Program management, partner management, or product marketing are all pluses Strong understanding of core cloud computing business and technical fundamentals – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and synthesize complex market dynamics and technology needs for different audiences to build coalition
