In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple groups, including designers, engineers, researchers, strategy, marketing and brand. As a Lead, you will have a strong grasp of driving innovative solutions. You will also be agile and adaptive with iterative design, driving growth with A/B testing. You Have: 8+ years of experience designing digital marketing and product experiences. Strong human-centered design skills. Design management skills. Experience with building and maintaining design patterns. Knowledge of system design and A/B testing. Knowledge of designing for accessibility. Ability to bring concepts to life. Digital product design examples. Digital marketing design examples. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead projects from concept to delivery. Demonstrated knowledge of scalable systems design. Experience in ecommerce. Mastery in a variety of design tools including Figma,
