We are looking for a high caliber Manager (Manager of Vendor Managers) to lead the B2B business for the fastest growing categories within AB. These categories are focused on unlocking the Construction, Maintenance Repair and Operations, Industrial, and Healthcare industries and will work across 4 GLs in Hardlines. It’s an exciting opportunity that requires a leader who can think big but also deliver 2019 results. They will also be focused and energized on building and developing a team of B2B Vendor Managers to drive the category B2B fundamentals. They must be a motivating and highly capable leader of others! There is no playbook for this role and it is not a typical MVM. This role is high profile and will work often with Directors, VPs, and above. Exceptional leadership presence, ability to write and communicate crisply. This role will step have ample opportunity to step in for

· Bachelor’s degree required · Management experience preferred · Experience working in a non-playbook business and an ability to excel in ambiguous enviroments · A passion for coaching and developing the best talent possible. · Experience creating an exciting work enviroment · Experience in leading special initiatives and programs · 7+ years of relevant experience in sales, buying, account management, consulting and/or marketing preferably in eCommerce or B2B industries · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong writing and speaking skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
