Partner Marketing Team IoT Partner Marketing
This role resides within the IoT Partner Marketing Team, within the Consumer and Device Sales division (CDS) which focuses on scaling the ecosystem of IoT and Intelligent Edge partners – in volume, capacity and capability – to positively impact the partner experience and increase partner revenue across the IoT life cycle. This role will be responsible for defining and establishing rigor across a number of key marketing initiatives within the IoT Partner Marketing Team such as readiness, communications and business planning to enable our internal and partner audience to develop our co-selling muscle with partners and improving partner performance across Small, Medium and Corporate customer segments. IoT Partner Marketing defines and delivers GTM strategies to fuel ecosystem growth and scale repeatable solutions. We transform partner organizations through education, marketing engagement and amplification, to accelerate ACR and to motivate partners to build with and sell with Microsoft.

Developing communications and community platforms, such as the IoT in Action LinkedIn community, Partner Advisory Counsel and LinkedIn Elevate to increase partner-to-Microsoft, and partner-to-partner engagement, as well as employee advocacy. Collaborating across multiple teams within Microsoft (Azure IoT, Windows IoT, One Commercial Partner, WW Commercial Business) to present a unified One Microsoft IoT strategy across first and third party events, social and media planning. A successful candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Partner Marketing and must be able to build marketing programs, deliver operational excellence and communications strategies that will improve our reach and scale. Success in this role will be defined by new partner recruitment and readiness as well as growth in product awareness and services.
