The Amazon Music team is looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed, analytical lifecycle marketing manager to drive plan optimization and upgrades in Amazon Music. This role will own strategic planning of marketing initiatives to improve KPIs across the Amazon Music Unlimited plan offerings. s. You will work closely with our Business Intelligence and Machine Learning teams to evolve our understanding of key predictors of customer behavior. The role will partner with the broader Amazon Music Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify tactics and channels to improve these key metrics, build the business case to prioritize resources, drive impactful experimentation, and iterate on successes and failures. You will own the strategy and regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and upcoming projects to drive these actions. You will champion best practices across our global marketing teams, supporting retention efforts across our growing portfolio of more than 35 marketplaces

· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services · Knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills · Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes · Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced,
