We are looking for an experienced, high-performing marketer to join the Mixed Reality Partner Marketing Team to help us recruit, enable, and activate ISVs to build the next-generation of Azure-enabled mixed reality solutions. With mixed reality, we are building the ultimate work experience, one in which your field of view becomes a computing surface and your digital world and physical world become one. The commercial devices and products we build—like HoloLens, mixed reality business applications, and Azure cloud services—enable organizations to dramatically transform the way their people work, teach, design, build, sell, collaborate, communicate, and accomplish daily tasks. Value proposition Lead the development of a differentiated value proposition for why MR+Azure is a great opportunity for ISV partners. Build this value proposition into a compelling story and a set of assets and evidence to land through Microsoft's marketing and sales channels via to-partner channels/engines, GEPs, partner facing field roles, relevant events, and PR and AR moments. Cross-team alignment to recruit, enable, and activate ISVs Collaborate closely with Azure marketing team and cross company teams (OCP, Engineering, Biz dev, Sales) to land programs (co-sell, P-seller), offers, tools
Required Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in technology product management/marketing, business development, management consulting, or similar positions. BA/BS required. MBA is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: A love of details, an affinity for hitting budgets, and a high quality bar Effective in interacting with Microsoft and partner executives Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way Excellent organization, leadership, and team-building capabilities, and strong builder of rapport across organization,
