The Bing Ads Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketer to drive strategic and innovative depth partner marketing initiatives for our global channel partner / reseller

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Marketing Strategy: You will build the Annual Marketing Engagement plan for channel partners globally establishing investment focus and priorities to ensure appropriate ROI. You will work in partnership with other sales and marketing teams to support the near and long-term strategy to drive partner satisfaction, growth and acquisition. Short term channel incentives governance: You will work in lockstep with finance and legal to ensure the short term incentive offerings are compliant, up to date on business requirements and relevant to the changing dynamics of the
Required Qualification: 5+ years of agency or partner marketing experience. Other Qualifications: Search and/or digital advertising experience Advertising partner ecosystem insight, including the competitor landscape, emerging trends and knowledge of advertising business models Success with building customer retention/loyalty/partner programs to increase customer life time value Experience providing content and channel support for through partner acquisition programs Working with Research and/or Data Scientists to gather meaningful insights to improve programs Deep marketing thought leadership
