We are seeking a Director of Americas Channel Partner Sales to drive advertising revenue and marketplace health at scale, via a network of SMB channel partners. This leader will manage a nationally distributed team of senior Partner Sales Executives and the Partner Account Management function. In this role as Leader of the Americas Channel Partner team, this leader will help set up the long-term strategy for the business and hold their team accountable for executing on that strategy. This leader is comfortable working with C-suite executives and boards of directors of the companies with whom they partner. They are well-versed in 3rd party technology companies and have a solid grasp on how to drive value for SMBs. Minimum 10+ years of relevant sales, advertising, or service experience including complex business transactions with senior executives, preferably in Search advertising Minimum 6+ years' people management experience (8 yrs preferred) Some experience as a Manager of Managers Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant experience required, Master's degree or MBA preferred Proven track record of exceptional performance, measured against revenue, client satisfaction, and organizational health Demonstrated capability in negotiated sales environments Experience building high-trust cultures, managing and
