The merchandising marketing manager for the Amazon Business Marketing team will be responsible for building and executing merchandising campaigns across Amazon Business focused on business customer value and driving spend. This role will play a pivotal part in managing the Amazon Business home pages, increasing discovery of top business-relevant selection across channels, and will need to create merchandising plans in partnership with the product, marketing, and category teams. The merchandising calendar and programs will be based on insights and analysis of the customer base, audience profile, and the desire to surprise and delight customers with opportunities to increase visibility and sales to business customers. A crucial component of the role will be managing and optimizing merchandising campaigns based on results to increase effectiveness and performance. Your Responsibilities: · Manage and communicate process and prioritization model for content merchandising using customer data

· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of experience in account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing · 7+ years of experience in account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing · Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools, familiarity with database analysis and/or SQL · Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines · Negotiating skills and influencing abilities with both internal and external partners.
