Data Center Global Services (DCGS) is looking for a Localization Manager to lead a multi-level team dedicated to translating critical data center documentation. In this role, you will set the strategy and define the roadmap for global localization support including incorporating Machine Translation (MT) and outsourcing to complement our in-house translation. The team currently supports 12 global regions and is expected to grow. You will think big about opportunities to re-invent our processes and maximize our effectiveness, show bias for action in taking risks on new approaches, and deliver results. You will work closely with leaders across the DCGS organization to help identify, translate and prioritize a variety of document types. And you will support career development of both managers and individual contributors. * 5-7 years of experience leading a global translation team * 5 years of experience using localization and computer-assisted translation tools * 5 years of experience in working with language service providers (LSPs) and managing outsourcing solutions * 2 years of experience in launching and/or managing a new machine translation solution * Bachelor’s degree in English, Translation, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field * A strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and influence cross functional teams * An innovative thinker who has a strong customer and quality focus
