In this lead role of a Marketing and Brand strategist, we’re looking to define and build Amazon’s Global IT persona. This is a one-of-kind opportunity with high visibility and the chance to define strategy and lead execution. This includes building a brand for Global IT and marketing it across a variety of communication channels including email, posters, executive updates, etc. We're looking for someone with a flair for writing and editing and driving customer engagement. The role will be located in Seattle with the need to understand global customers and work closely with stakeholders across worldwide locations. Specific responsibilities will include: · Developing a brand based on research, data, and a deep understanding of Amazon’s peculiar ways. Global IT’s customers are internal Amazonians worldwide. · Developing guidance in the form of brand and marketing style, tone, and voice and leading process changes to ensure adherence to established guidance. · Writing and editing emails to

· 5+ years in a content role, specifically related to marketing and brand. · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. · Demonstrated proficiency with writing and copy editing. All candidates will be required to complete a written edit test.· Strong knowledge of brand building and marketing strategies. · Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult concepts and processes using clear and simple language and visuals. · Successful record of building effective experiences leveraging a variety of media. · Consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through
