Director Unified Support Programs Our support model is evolving how we package, position, and deliver support services. In this critical role, you will be responsible to lead a team, define a vision, develop strategic, actionable and integrated plans that drive measurable impact and execute

Lead a team of Business Program Managers who are responsible for developing and landing the Unified Programs as: multi-country, Public Sector, Volume Licensing. Accountable for the business goals and targets of the Unified Support programs (revenue, scorecard) Work across Unified Support stakeholders to develop and execute on programs, plans, and activities to help achieve growth targets. Provide the leadership cover to orchestrate the cross teams' commitment and coordination to execute the strategies. Provide insights and feedback from customers, sellers, and partners to remove blockers, prioritize
10 years' experience in product management, business planning or sales/marketing operations with a record of delivering tangible business results. 3+ years of success recruiting, motivating and developing high performing teams. Strong strategic thinking complemented with a bias for action. Ability to clearly articulate solutions relevant to both the business and the customer. Ability to view a business holistically end-to-end across diverse Go-to-Market teams. Strong collaboration skills. Ability to influence Senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization across multiple teams, globally Excellent
