Amazon is seeking a talented Learning Experience Manager to lead the Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) Instructional Design team. As the Manager, Learning Experience, you will drive the global vision, strategy, development, delivery, and maintenance of support training for SDS contact center associates. You will also lead critical projects to improve SDS training based on data, anecdotes, and input from stakeholders. This position manages a diverse team of Instructional Designers focused on improving learner experience and associate performance for multiple business segments. Collaboration is a key component of this role. The successful candidate can communicate seamlessly across operations and business leaders

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field · 5+ years of proven team leadership experience · 3+ years of experience managing remote team members · 6+ years of professional experience in one of the following fields: instructional design, training delivery, or information architecture · Demonstrated experience leading training development or training delivery teams within a large organization · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills · Ability to travel up to 30%· MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field · History of partnering with contact center operations teams to develop high-quality
