Conduct capability needs assessment working closely with business-aligned learning development managers and the government business leaders. Build a comprehensive curriculum that will advance industry knowledge, skills and capabilities across roles, resulting in greater business results. Continuously add and maintain learning assets. Become a trusted advisor to the Government and Media and Communications Industry Leaders, and team, to define and implement an innovative approach to building needed capabilities in order to exceed business goals. Actively engage in the government and media and communications
10+ years of working experience, 5 years of sales, sales operations, or marketing experience. Learning and development expertise in the various capability enablement approaches (formal learning, knowledge management, coaching, practice, simulations, etc.), across modern modalities. 5+ years recent experience working in the Government or Media and Communications industries. Experience working with senior leaders, demonstrating strong executive maturity, business acumen, communication and presentation skills.
