HR Services is critical to the overall effectiveness of the HR experience across Microsoft. HR Services brings the HR support model and experience to the scale of the global Microsoft employee population by providing the platform for end-to-end operational services and employee experiences with responsibilities spanning employee self-service, assisted support, and employee relations. HR Services is responsible for the operational delivery across a broad range of employee life-cycle experiences such as onboarding, performance and development rewards, talent movement and offboarding. As the catalyst for HR digital transformation, HR Services is also leading the Human Capital Management solution strategy with the global launch of our new HR Core Solution. HR Services holds the key accountability for HR privacy, risk and compliance. The role of the 'Business Excellence Governance and Frameworks Leader' is an integral member of the HR Business Excellence leadership team and plays a key role
Provide leadership and create a robust HR Data Governance program and executive stakeholders / participants in the Data Governance Council which creates or refreshes standards, policies and ownership of data assets. This includes partnering with cross organizational stakeholders, HR, CSE, Finance, etc., and leading the EIS Onboarding initiative to enable data governance Lead the governance framework for the HR Services Taxonomy Own and administer DTP Standards and Global Process Repository with directs Own and administer Document Center / Record Center with directs Lead implementation of other
8+ years experience in Risk, Compliance and or Governance environment (Compliance, Privacy and/or Business Continuity) 4+ years people management experience, with evidence of strong people management capabilities and experience leading global teams Experience leading / driving a Data Governance programs Depth in data quality management (DQM) vision, processes and tools, systems thinking, process oriented Experience utilizing optimization methodologies (six sigma, lean, quality auditor, certification a plus Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, coupled
