We are seeking a high-performing, customer obsessed and analytical Gift Card Operations Specialist for our Gift Card Customer Experience team. In this role, a successful candidate will be an effective communicator and problem-solver, organized and detail-oriented. The Gift Cards Operations Specialist will troubleshoot escalations, drive operational process improvements, identify root cause issues and monitor progress on customer experience goals. This role will also partner with internal customers to identify points of friction, build a business case, propose requirements and advocate for customer experience improvement projects. • BA/BS degree required. • Proven relevant work experience • Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel. • Understanding of metrics and financials. • Experience driving small to medium sized projects • Strong written and verbal communication skills • 3-5 years experience in retailing, customer service, store operations. • Basic to intermediate SQL skill is a plus. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. • Experience working on/contributing to a customer experience improvement program • Kaizen/Process Improvement experience
