The leader of our Sales operations business program management organization will lead a team of distributed senior leaders as they work to achieve the following objectives: Partner with the Services SLT to define success measures for sales operations Define and recommend the portfolio of work to achieve the intended results. Manage an agile resource allocation process to ensure the team shifts with business priorities. Partner with colleagues to define, develop and iterate two key capabilities for the team – process engineering and capability management. Ensure team provides clear business requirements
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience with the following: Executive presence with strong business and people leadership capabilities Background in sales operations or similar function Partnering across Microsoft, aligning goals and driving focused results with large impact Experience leading globally distributed teams Ability to work and create structure in complex and ambiguous situations and respond flexibly in time sensitive situations Track record of delivering measurable improvements in operations (improved value/efficiency, increasing quality and/or reduced costs) Experience
