Amazon seeks a multi-talented program manager to join our expanding North America (NA) Sales Operations Excellence team (GCOE) for the Corporate Gift Cards Channel. The NA Corporate Gift Cards channel is fast growing, multi-billion business through which Amazon sells gift cards to corporate clients (Amazon Incentives) and retailers in classes of trade including grocery, drugstore and convenience (Brick and Mortar). The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, be able to work in a fast paced work environment, and a track record of supporting process improvements. The position also requires strong communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to build and maintain strong relationship internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. The candidate must be a fast learner, who is smart in identifying problems. The candidate thrives working as a functional SME
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field. · 4+ years proven project management ability to organize information and discover problems, find scalable solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion. · Proven excellent communication skill (written and verbal) and confidence in communicating in a cross-cultural setting and enforcing difficult business decisions · Internal and external customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed, above and beyond expectations. · Independent and Entrepreneurial – ability to work with
