We are looking for detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Content Test Specialist to perform content evaluation of design submissions for the Merch by Amazon business. You will manage the processing of new submissions and re-submissions of content to ensure it meets Amazon’s high quality bar as well as working with Customer contacts that require special handling (Quality, Escalations, Cancellations). Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet and exceed our program’s selection expansion goals while protecting a high-quality customer experience. · Review incoming design submissions to ensure content adheres to Amazon’s content policies and high-quality bar · Maintain detailed and accurate notes on issue tracking · Support internal and external stakeholders to address content issues as required · Handle contacts and escalations from content creators reaching out and helping them resolve business queries
· 1+ years content evaluation, work with mobile applications or similar experience in a technology, digital media industry or equivalent field · Comfort working with a broad range of technological productivity and work-flow management tools including SharePoint, Excel, and Word · Self-motivation and a strong bias for action; the ability to independently hit aggressive productivity goals with minimal supervision · Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to partner with internal team members effectively · Street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary
