- Bachelors (BS/BE) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent - 5+ years of Cognos TM1 work experience in managing end-to-end analytic solutions - Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team - Deep problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements - Proven experience in systems design - Experience with OLAP technologies - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Experience with Financial and Operational Performance Management (TM1, Hyperion, SAP) - Excellent written
