The team's vision is to push traditionally accepted process boundaries and solve challenges by engineering automated scalable solutions leveraging AWS for core development and seamlessly integrating the BI tools tool like Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics, Tableau, and Quicksight. - Bachelors (BS/BE) or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 5+ years of work experience in software development and full product life-cycles - Proficiency in modern programming language(s) such as Java, C++, C#, GO ect - Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team - Experience mentoring junior software engineers - Experience establishing and leading coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations - Deep problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements - Proven experience in systems
