We are the Microsoft Display Advertising team within MSA and we are focused on enabling optimal monetization strategies for our Owned and Operated and 3rd party publishers; MSN, Outlook, Skype, Xbox, Microsoft Casual Games and Windows 3 rd Party App Developers. Define and execute a long-term advertising monetization strategy for the holistic Windows ecosystems. Drive growth on behalf of Windows owned media assets and 3P applications through direct and indirect advertising technology and sales channels. Work closely with sales partners and Windows engineering to ensure that all sides are executing against agreed upon priorities and plans to achieve growth targets. Work with internal and external product groups to clearly define business requirements, drive prioritization and partner onboarding while ensuring work is delivered on time and as specified.
5+ years of leadership experience in product management, business program management or technical partner management 5+ years of experience delivering high quality online products or services in media, publishing, mobile application development or advertising technology companies Extensive knowledge of advertising market trends, industry players, new technologies and emerging business models Exceptional cross-group collaboration working within Microsoft and across partner and customers Working knowledge of supply-side platforms, exchange/RTB technologies, including publisher tagging, ad call flow,
