Our responsibilities include identifying, implementing, and supporting the financial reporting solutions in order to create useful and timely decisions for Microsoft. Responsibilities: • Oversee a full range functions including financial close, controls and compliance • Partner with Corporate Accounting, Operations Finance, and the Segments to ensure compliance and overall program success • Partner with the Product Management and Engineering teams and assist with design, implementation, testing, business validation, and maintenance of solutions through SDLC/Agile • Support financial and GAAP compliance, SOX Sign-off; Internal and External Audit coordination • Run specific business operations activities, ensuring integrity of the process and data accuracy • Proactively
Qualifications: • 3-5 years relevant experience required • Strong process and data analysis skills and experience • High attention to detail and ability to work within stringent deadlines • Exceptional communication skills - written, oral, interpersonal • Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, and prioritize under pressure • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to utilize experience to improve processes and proactively drive opportunities to resolution without supervision • Working knowledge of the SDLC and associated Agile processes • Understanding of relational databases,
