Contributing every day to the success of others on the team. Partner with the CSS Chief of Staff, Resource Strategy and Vendor Planning, and Deployment Services Teams. Maintain controllership responsibilities for these Functions within CSS, including spend, HC Tracking and allocation of costs across Product Segments. Build business cases using modeling skills for Long Range Plan (LRP), Budget and Quarterly Forecasts. BS/BA Finance or related field 3-6 years of relevant experience w/ emphasis on management and business analysis experience Strong communication, drive for results, time management and influence skills Excellent cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office, particularly emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
