The Windows Revenue Team is a dynamic, fast pace organization that drives decision support, long-range planning and performance reporting across the full breadth of sales channels that deliver the Windows Operating system and related subscription services. This role will support the Windows Store and Device Ecosystem through development and modernization of analytical frameworks that support key financial processes and return on investment analysis in addition to leading product finance support for the Windows revenue sold thru retail and online (Fully Packaged Product and Online Stores).
Prepare and communicate regular financial updates, forecasts and long-range planning targets to both finance and business stakeholders. Serve as finance lead for the Windows FPP business, including business planning, pricing support and decision support. Support the team efforts to modernize the reporting infrastructure and develop new analysis frameworks. Build partnerships across organizations and functions to drive accurate accounting and support for external disclosure. Support ad hoc requests to assess risk and opportunity for innovative programs and investments.
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or other relevant field. MBA preferred. 6 + years of work experience in Accounting or Finance. Demonstrated experience in developing complex financial models, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills (effective oral and written communication with various levels of personal including upper management) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines. Knowledge of MS Finance tools and policies desired.
