We are seeking an influential diversity and inclusion program manager to drive programs and scale business line experiments across the America's Solution Architecture organization. Working with Workforce Transformation team, America's and Worldwide Solution Architecture and Customer Solutions Manager teams, and points of contact (POC) from across the business, you will program manage development, launch, and reporting of D and I programs. These will range across HR processes, but will include program managing the participation in industry recruiting work stream in Amazon’s centrally
· 15+ year working in business environments · 3+ years designing, executing, and reporting on diversity and inclusion programs · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business · The successful candidate must be able to travel 30% · Experience coordinating feedback and from multiple stakeholders · Experience working in environments and on projects with tight deadlines and ambiguity · Strong project and program management skills (7-10 years) · Strong written and verbal communications skills for internal and external audiences · 3+ years experience in talent
