To complete that mission we are creating the team that will be designing and managing programs to recruit, train, transition, and continually develop talent including direct from University hires, Internships, Military Apprentices transitioning to commercial careers, supporting Diversity and Inclusion, and more. This position will be responsible for the University hiring and Internship programs

· Minimum of four years of experience providing senior executive level support. · Minimum of three years of program/project management experience. · Bachelor’s degree.· Strong professionalism and grace under pressure. · Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook and SharePoint) or related advanced tools. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders. · Desire to work with others and take on ambiguous tasks. · Experience working in a fast-paced environment
