The Specialty Recruiting Program and Operations team builds programs and tech solutions to help Amazon recruiting teams worldwide to find diverse, bar-raising and talented people. We are looking for a detail-oriented and scale-focused Sr. Business Operations Manager to advocate on behalf of our recruiting teams and businesses, distill back-end complexities, and create processes that reduce costs and eliminate churn. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team through the operations details for the Amazon recruiting groups we support. This includes a wide range of topics, such as Operational Expenditures, Hiring, Headcount, Capital Expenditures, and more. The efficient use of resources are key to the business and we ensure they are being used and managed accurately. We ensure stakeholders are happy, we remove gaps in the process, and create mechanisms to provide closed loop feedback and remove defects

· Bachelor's degree · 5-7 years of program management or related experience · Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects · Experience managing multiple competing priorities and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders · Ability to influence at all levels · Experience leading a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve common goal · Analytical and data-driven · Excellent verbal and written communications skills· Master’s degree · A solid understanding of recruiting processes · Has relentlessly high standards (is never
