Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com. AWS is at the forefront of the "cloud" computing and service industry providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database services, browsers and more. The Contracts Manager will work closely with teams supporting AWS' data center construction, operations, telecommunications, energy and water supply, and other related areas. As a Contracts Manager with AWS Infrastructure, you will partner with AWS’ business teams to draft and negotiate services agreements, provide day-to-day contracting advice, implement process improvements, and much more. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, and enjoy working hard, being challenged, and working in a fun, team-oriented environment. He or she must also demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. This position will
