Creates and identifies standards and best practices, and drives adoption across multiple service teams. Uses his or her service-wide perspective and understanding to ensure that the team delivers the expected design. Manage technical service solutions which meet the needs of Microsoft product development and sales/services teams from device hosting, to large scale system administration, and unique form factors and advanced computing infrastructure Build and manage ongoing relationships with customers, partner in continuous planning cycles, and ensure service needs are identified with appropriate
5+ years of professional services or service engineering leadership experience in delivering external customer facing services or large-scale enterprise environment applications/services 5+ years working with internal or external customers of a production or business critical setting Prior experience with infrastructure service design and management Prior experience with planning and managing infrastructure deployments, including understanding of capacity constraints Prior experience designing and delivering large scale customer programs or distributed systems and/or automation systems with focus
