Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support Amazon Web Services, a dynamic and rapidly growing business with Amazon.com. Amazon Web Services is at the forefront of the "cloud" computing and service industry providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database services, browsers and more. This Contracts Manager will be part of the broader Amazon data center legal team, supporting AWS' data center operations. This role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on strategic technology services and provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives. · Bachelor's Degree · 3+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department · Strong written and oral communication skills, including drafting contractual language · Strong computer skills (e.g., proficiency with SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)· Advanced degree in a relevant field · Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines · Ability to work independently while being able to contribute to cross-functional teams · Familiarity with information technology, networking
