As an CO+I Regional Change Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities: Facilitate global change processes as part of daily run at the regional level, ensuring consistency and quality execution while reducing risk, and minimizing the impact of change-related incidents on service quality Review Request for Change (RFC) requests to ensure compliance with change management process and stakeholder or functional inclusion Drives change communications with stakeholders per change type to ensure appropriate visibility into risks and upcoming change events Manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings in region and participate in global CAB meetings when required
