The Chief of Staff will balance and mix of operational, programmatic, and strategic responsibilities in support of Amazon, Global IT organization. The Chief of Staff will be someone who has spent time supporting a large global organization, in the capacity of business management, operations, program management, and will help round out the senior leadership staff. The individual will need to be persuasive, diplomatic, and have proven communication skills. It is very important that Chief of Staff can engage and work well across all functional areas while influencing without authority. The Chief of Staff will assist the senior executive leaders in the day to day management of the business. Responsibilities: Strategic • Drive, in collaboration with leadership, the Long range (3YP) and annual planning process: Operations Plan (OP1), Operations Plan 2 (OP2). • Drive the cadence and content for strategic, business, operational, and strategic reviews including WBR's, MBR's. QBR's • Drive, in collaboration

• BA/BS degree is required; MBA is desired • 10 + years of experience with business management functions in large multi national organizations. • Experience partnering effectively with geographically disperse or ad-hoc teams without regard to team members organizational alignments • 15% travel is required • Comprehensive set of technical, financial, business, project management and resource management skills • Experience MS Office suite of products (in particular word, excel, powerpoint) • Experience in developing and writing white papers and presenting in executive level meetings • Strong interpersonal
