The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand and improve our operations/business partners experience with services provided. She/he will be curious and comfortable digging deep into data to understand metrics, identifying insights that will enable us to improve data integrity, and deliver/present recommended solutions based on data and root causes. They will be able to retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process and improve services provided. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities
· BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field · 3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role · 3+ years skills in Excel · Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting · 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role · Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA) · HR Data Analyst Experience · Experience with data visualization tools like Quicksight, Tableau or similar
