A primary area of challenge in our Microsoft Azure business is moving away from traditional software pricing and licensing models that were purely focused on seats and servers to one that supports the pay-as-you-go and subscription models necessary to support on-demand cloud computing services. This role provides the voice of Azure Business Operations team and our customers/partners in identifying, developing and prioritizing the requisite commerce-related requirements to support our pricing, licensing and billing models in a scalable/automated manner across all of our channels (both legacy and modern). Another aspect of the role is to leverage the insights to perform UAT for re-platforming efforts. The scope of UAT is to coordinate with engineering to gain insights into what's being built, drafting cases to test customer experience scenarios, and executing the test cases. This position is the central point of contact representing our Azure Business Operations team with Core Commerce Platform,

In this experienced program manager role, you will be accountable for driving improvements to our customer and partner commerce experience, including: Identifying current pricing, billing and licensing model limitations across the channels and developing and prioritizing requirements to address these issues Defining and driving measurable improvement in our on-going customer and partner commerce experience in our channels (web direct, EA, Open, CSP, Field-Led, Partner-Led, Customer-Led programs) Identifying, tracking and working with the Core Commerce Platform, Business Planning, Customer Experience
• Experience coordinating with many groups to successfully implement customer and partner impacting changes.
