BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· BS/BA degree · 4+ years of experience managing programs or products in support of large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization · Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders · Operates as an agile self-starter; strong contributor autonomously and as part of a team · Deep program management experience - Experience creating and sustaining new processes and mechanisms · Technical degree and/or MBA · Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to influence at executive level · Proven track record for bias for action, execution
